Real Estate & Rental Photography

Each photography session will take around 2 hours

That depends on the package you choose and size of your house and property. You can expect to receive 2 -3 photos of each bedroom and all common spaces and multiple outdoors shots highlighting possible clients unique experience at you property (fire pit, dock, bbq, outdoor dinning, parking, lounging, hot tub, sauna, etc).

You are absolutely welcome but NO, you do not need to be present for the session as long as I am given unlocking/locking instructions and the property is photo ready.

After the session, you can expect the photos edited and retouched within 3-4 business days. If you need them faster please mention as a rush fee can be added.

Short term rental photography is centred around highlight the feelings of these unique spaces. Whether cozy or light and bright it is the photographers job capture how renters are going to feel and move through the space. Real estate photography on the other hand, is about capturing properties in their best light. The goal is to create a visual story that leads potential buyers through the house capturing their interest to entice them to see the property in person.
