Real Estate & Rental Photography
"Homes with professional photos can sell up to 32% faster than homes with amateur photos; homes with drone photos or aerial photos sell 68% faster."
GTA + Ontario's Cottage Country

Real estate photography is about capturing properties in their best light. The goal is to create a visual story that leads potential buyers through the house, capturing their interest to entice them to see the property in person.

Short-term rental photography is centred around highlighting the feelings of these unique spaces. Whether conveying cozy or light and bright, it is the photographer's job to capture how renters will feel and move through the space.
